Description
The intertwining of the distinctly typical and fully aromatic chardonnay elegantly encapsulates the perfected youthful and fruity aroma of pinot noir, contributing to this sparkling wine’s rich multi-layered body. The persistent and lively bubbles take over the distinctive salmon shade of the wine. The first included variety expresses the bread crust note and a rich body, while the second brings the characteristics of berries, sour cherries, and cherries. All in all, it is an outstanding intertwining of two sets of aromas fused into sheer perfection and utter delight.
This sparkling wine is best served alongside spicy finger food or crackers. If you are feeling bold enough to make one step further, it also goes well with game meat, beef, and lamb dishes.
