Eye, nose, and palate: Chardonnay Brut Natur is characterized by a charming earnestness, an unmistakable intertwining of fruity orange zest notes (despite the sugar being entirely fermented), and an invaluable effervescence. The complexity of this sparkling wine’s structure is certainly no excuse for not detecting a scent of freshness and soft character in it. The golden yellow shade of the wine is complemented by lively bubbles that ascend along the length of the glass. The typical bread crust note rounds up the sophisticated multi-layered array of flavors which finishes with the aroma of acacia honey.

It is excellent as an appetizer or complement to seafood dishes.
